Questions about official Oglethorpe County dockets and case files belong with the clerk or court that keeps the record. This private site cannot act on a case. The routes below identify where to seek a docket, certified copy, setting confirmation, or filed document without mistaking a general reference site for a government office.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Use these Oglethorpe County routes for common official-record needs:

  • A docket sheet: try the case lookup, then request the docket from the responsible clerk
  • A court date or setting: check the posted court dates, then confirm the setting with the clerk
  • Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
  • A specific case: identify its court and use the official local or provider route
  • Court records and case files: review court record requests, then contact the custodian
